All that surely makes you unhappy is when you look yourself in the mirror and see something different. Inactivity is your greatest enemy!
Over the years, metabolism has become slower, and after thirty years, we are most often becoming more frozen, more seated for work, and the movements are at a minimum.
What people most often call metabolism are actually three different stages of burning calories in which our body enters depending on what we do. When eating, we burn a small amount of calories, or less than 10% of the total calories burned during the day, and this is actually the first phase.
In the introduction in the medical encyclopedia ADAM, the National Institute of Health writes:
“Green tea and hot peppers will not help you remove excess pounds. Some groceries may succeed in causing little acceleration to your metabolism, but that will not be enough to affect your weight. “
So, if you want to improve your appearance, you have to start moving in any way. Of course, the movement does not only involve training in a gym. It will not significantly affect metabolism, since muscles affect only 20 to 25 percent of total metabolism.
Try to walk at least half an hour every day, and during the cold days, you can do it for up to 20 minutes. It’s important to be on the go and it’s the best training for metabolism.
