  2. Deformation of the toes and feet – When the foot is for a long time in an unnatural position, the muscles weaken and the shape can change. The foot becomes longer and wider, and the fingers begin to blame. That can be very painful.
  3. Pain during standing or running – The flap insoles place the spine in an unnatural position. It also affects the layout of the total weight of the entire body, which is misplaced. The result is severe pain in the feet, leaves and legs during prolonged standing or physical activity.
  4. Problems with circulation and veins – The pressure of certain parts of the body, including blood vessels, may lead to poor circulation. It can be felt most during long standing, after which hips and lower back pain begin to appear. In the long run, this can lead to a vein problem.
  5. Headaches – Strong headaches that appear parallel to back pain are a common combination caused by flat insoles. Because of this condition, the muscles of the body work under greater pressure in order to stabilize the body itself during the movement. But the crooked posture affects the circulation and muscles, and this often leads to headaches.
