Runny nose is one of the most unpleasant things that happens in winter. It’s actually a bad symbol that makes us do not like the cold weather. However, it can be cured, among other things, with some things that you are surely already at home.
Apple cider vinegar. Add 3 tablespoons vinegar in the heated water, then inhale steam covered with a cloth.
Root of tears. Just like in apple cider vinegar, and here, put your head covered with a cloth over a bowl of hot water mixed with pieces of one root of tears.
Salt water. Add a tablespoon of salt to half a liter of heated water, then use a kettle or something else that suits you, try to put saltwater into one nostril and then take it across the other. This is an excellent method for preventing runny, but it also helps with an already damaged mucous membrane.
Ren. Give some horseradish and mix it with a tablespoon of honey. Place the mixture in the tongue and inhale a dozen times before swallowing.
Essential mint oil. Dip a few drops of essential oil from a mint on a handkerchief, place it on the nose and inhale a dozen times. Then it should be easier.
Garlic. Chew a garlic if you can stand to its taste and smell, inhale the aroma and after spit it out, and then if you want to spit it. It will help if you make a sandwich of bread and one clove of garlic and eat it.
Ginger. Add ginger to the salad or some other meal. If you do not like the flavor, mix it with a spoon of honey, place it in your tongue and breathe a dozen times before swallowing it.
