Diet With Eggs And Grapefruit

Monday

Breakfast: 3 egg whale and mixed vegetables.

Lunch: salad, boiled chicken 150 gr.

Dinner: 2 oranges, 1 boiled egg, 1 cup mineral water.

Friday

Breakfast: salad of 2 boiled carrots, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon sour cream.

Lunch: 2 fresh carrots, 1 cup orange juice.

Dinner: sea fish 100 g with lemon juice, 1 boiled egg, 1 cup mineral water.

Saturday

Breakfast: sour milk 150 g, 1 cup juice of mixed citrus.

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, 2 grapefruits.

Dinner: only mineral water.

Sunday

Breakfast: ½ grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs.

Lunch: boiled veal 200 g, 1 orange.

Dinner: only mineral water.

Mineral water is recommended to drink as much as possible.
