Make Healthy Veggie Avocado Tortillas Only In A Minute

Change the everyday menu and insert tasty but healthy tortillas. This Mexican dish is being prepared in a very short time, and it will be adored by every member of your family.


Ingredients required:

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 kg of potatoes (cut into pieces)
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of chili
  • 1 can of red beans
  • ½ cup salsa sauce
  • 8 tortillas
  • Couple leaf’s of lettuce


Method of preparation:

Print the potato, sprinkled with olive oil, chili and a little salt for about 30 minutes at 230°. In a pan, mix the beans and salsa, then cook in a medium temperature. Once the ingredients are ready, fill in the tortilla, then add avocado and the lettuce.
