Gas is an unpleasant, yet normal phenomenon that can not be avoided, but it can get some information related to one’s own health.
Disruption of the number of bacteria
Bacteria cause fermentation, that is, the decomposition of the food that we have eaten. The breakdown begins in the stomach and continues into the intestines, but sometimes it lasts too long and therefore the gases are released. The reason for this can be a virus, but also heavy foods.
Heavy food and soft drinks
Heavy food, which is often greasy, is very difficult to digest and therefore remains longer in the intestine. If you consume it with carbonated drinks then that process is even more difficult and slower and always ends with the creation of large amounts of gases. It’s a sign that the body does not like that food and you need to avoid it.
When you eat fast along with food in your stomach, you also enter air that causes bloating. That air is later in the form of gas or by pulling.
An increased amount of gases can also mean that you are not tolerant of foods that pass through your intestines. For example, over time, the body can less tolerate lactose and therefore produce gases when digesting milk and dairy products.
It is necessary that the leftovers of food that are not needed daily should be thrown out of the body. If they stay too long in your gut, the bacteria will make their own and cause gas to emerge.
