Apple cider vinegar
Minced pepper contributes to easier digestion, accelerates metabolism, and stimulates fat burning. Lemon slows fat accumulation, and its crust contains polycosanol, a compound that burns fat. Apple vinegar is already a known ingredient in many diets, because it dissolves fat in the body.
Place 240 ml of water in a bowl, then heat it to boiling. Add the grated lemon peel, then allow to stand for 10 minutes to let the bark release its useful properties. Then add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and add the lemon juice from the 1 lemon. At the end, add the milled pepper. Mix with a spoon and allow to cool.
