For chocolate lovers it is enough for their dessert to contain only that small, the main ingredient that increases serotonin. But when we add mint and blueberries in it, then it is really a small paradise for lovers of sweet pleasures.
- 1 liter of sweet sour cream
- 200 grams of chocolate for cooking
- 125 grams of butter
- 3 eggs
- 90 grams of sugar
- 2 hands fresh mint
Method of preparation:
Heat the cream until the point that it begins to vanish. At that point include the mint leaves and leave for 60 minutes. Blend and cool. Together tan the chocolate and steamer together. Beat eggs and sugar until the point that you get a shimmering, brilliant cream. Apply the chilly cream, and toss the leaf mint.
