You have an important event, and you do not have much time. Finally you realized that you have to start an intense exercise. No, you will practice twice a day. Will this result in better results in your effort to weaken as much as that particular day? Or maybe you just load and hurt your body?
Many do not find time or exercise 2-3 times a week. But there are such important moments in life, when all the frost and all the obligations that we do not have time, we manage to take aside and find the motive, the desire and the exercise force even more than necessary. But will this help?
Not anymore. Excessive exercise can result in worse results, but it depends on how much time you have to train. If you have more than 2 weeks, do not start a double training in a day, because your body will not be able to bear that effort and thus increase your chances of getting hurt.
But if you have already been training for 6 to 8 weeks continuously and now you want to stretch to achieve top results before the big event, do it. By adding a second training in the last week or two, you will accelerate your metabolism and get a bodyweight.
Follow these rules:
- During the morning, while you are fresh, do more intense strengthening exercises. Later exercise less intense cardio exercises.
- At least once a week do not practice all day.
- Do not do the same set of exercises in the morning and at night.
- Listen to your body. Recovery after exercise is different for everyone. If you can not lift up such heavy weights or finish the second series of the same weight, then you have changed and it is much better to keep on an exercise during that day.
